Rental Process:
1. Rental Duration
Rental duration begins from the date the outfit is delivered or picked up and must be returned within the agreed rental period.
2. Security Deposit
Certain outfits may require a refundable security deposit depending on the design and value of the costume.
3. Damages & Alterations
Customers are requested to handle all costumes with care. Any major damage, stains, tears, or unauthorized alterations may result in additional charges.
4. Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional rental charges based on the number of delayed days.
5. Cleaning
Hygiene and costume maintenance are of utmost importance at Movastra. All professional dry cleaning and maintenance procedures are carefully handled by Movastra to preserve the quality, craftsmanship, and longevity of each outfit. Customers are kindly requested not to wash or dry clean the costumes unless specifically instructed by our team.
6. Availability
All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. For bulk rental orders, we kindly request customers to place their inquiries at least 10 days in advance. Prior notice helps us efficiently plan, prepare, and ensure timely service while maintaining the quality and availability of each outfit.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on outfit availability, customization requirements, and shipping location.
3. Color & Design Variations
Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric may occur due to lighting, photography, or handcrafted detailing.
4. Returns & Exchanges
As most outfits are handcrafted and performance-based, purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless a defective product is received.
5. Shipping
Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary based on location and urgency requirements. Shipping across India and Overseas.

1. Consultation
Customization requests are discussed through consultation regarding design, fabric, sizing, performance requirements, and timelines. Customizations can be done for Solo/Group performances based on the requirement.
2. Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Movastra is not responsible for fitting issues caused due to incorrect measurements shared.
3. Advance Payment
Customization orders requires a 50% advance payment before production begins for the smooth process. Customization of costumes requires a minimum prior notice of 15 days to ensure smooth planning, designing, and timely delivery.
4. Production Timeline
Customization timelines vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and workload.
5. Changes During Production
Major design changes requested after production has started may involve additional charges and timeline extensions.
6. Handmade Nature
As all customized outfits are handcrafted, slight variations may occur, adding uniqueness to each creation.
